The 2025 Fanyun Half Year Meeting has successfully concluded

    On July 18th, Shanghai Fanyun successfully held the 2025 semi annual work conference at the Jiading Party Building Service Center. Leaders and employees from various departments of the company gathered together for the meeting, with the core theme of "Party building forges the soul, strengthens the foundation, and gathers strength to forge ahead and embark on a new journey". Through in-depth review of the first half of the year's operating results and precise deployment of work tasks for the second half of the year, the meeting gathered consensus and injected momentum for the company to achieve its high-quality development goals for the whole year.
    At the beginning of the meeting, the company's general manager delivered a speech. The general manager first affirmed the company's operating results in the past six months. In the midst of industry gloom and market anxiety, it was everyone's joint efforts that delivered a hard won satisfactory answer in the first half of the year.
     After the general manager's speech, the meeting officially began, and each department conducted a detailed report on their work in the first half of the year. Deeply analyzed the shortcomings of the work, and formulated improvement measures and key work plans for the second half of the year. The departmental report covers performance summary and future plans, and has received guidance from company leaders. The leaders of each department have had in-depth exchanges on specific issues of the company, pointing out the direction for future development.

    In the afternoon, all employees of the company visited the Jiading District Party Building Service Center. The Party Building Service Center in Jiading District has a building area of approximately 3000 square meters and is equipped with shared educational service areas such as a reception hall, oath education hall, and Party history exhibition hall. The Jiading Party History Exhibition Hall is themed "Never forget the original aspiration, keep in mind the mission, and stride into the new era". The exhibition hall is divided into four parts, reflecting that the people of Jiading have embarked on an innovative development path with Jiading characteristics under the leadership of the Party.

   During the visit, everyone listened carefully to the explanation and occasionally stopped to carefully observe the precious historical materials in the collection. Under the leadership of the Party, the revolutionary predecessors and patriots of Jiading were not afraid of sacrifice, defended their country, relied on themselves, worked hard, reformed and innovated, and dared to be the first. We should be good at drawing experience and wisdom from the history of the Party and the development history of Jiading.
