2023 year-end summary and 2024 Spring Festival welcome party successfully concluded

       On January 20, 2024, our company's annual meeting arrived as scheduled. In the morning, all employees gathered at the Nanhu Hotel in Jiaxing to recount the hardships and hard work of everyone throughout 2023, listen to the work summaries of various departments from last year, and look forward to the vigorous development of the company in the future. They spent an unforgettable morning in joy and happiness.

       In the afternoon, the company organized an expansion training game called "Desert Nuggets". The game "Desert Nuggets" is a professional game that deeply explores, analyzes, and finds solutions to the possible cooperation, communication, competition, pressure, and conflicts that may arise during the operation of the entire team. By using group games, problems are unconsciously revealed, and the fundamental essence of the problems is discovered, allowing team members to personally experience the problems of the team and find immediate solutions. After the game started, each team actively discussed strategies and tactics, analyzing and finding solutions through their own intelligence. Some teams can return victorious, while others may return to the desert. Through this game, everyone understands the importance of teamwork and trust between teams.

      At 18:00 in the evening, everyone arrived at the party venue. At the beginning of the party, the company leaders made an inspiring mobilization and affirmed our work in 2023, greatly boosting everyone's morale; Furthermore, an outlook was made for 2024.

      In a lively atmosphere, all of our employees carried out a rich and colorful cultural performance, actively participating, and the whole atmosphere was lively and joyful.
