On July 28, 2018, Shanghai Taini Gao (now known as Shanghai Fanyun New Materials Co., Ltd.) held its mid year conference at the Golden Waterfront Hotel in Suzhou. All employees of the company attended the conference.
At the meeting, department managers summarized the work of the first half of the year in a concise and clear manner, focusing on their respective responsibilities and the work goals set at the beginning of the year. They carefully identified shortcomings in their work, conducted in-depth analysis of the reasons for unfinished work, and proposed work ideas for the second half of the year. Subsequently, the company leaders also analyzed the many unfavorable factors in the current market, objectively analyzed the problems existing in the work, and made detailed arrangements and deployments for the second half of 2018, advocating that everyone should be full of confidence, unify their thinking, boldly try, and persevere.
After the meeting, in order to improve the team collaboration ability of employees and increase mutual feelings, all employees of the company went to Suzhou Lehuo Island Resort to participate in expansion activities. According to the coach's guidance, the participants were divided into four groups and engaged in activities such as naming the team, creating the team flag, researching team styling, guessing, and two person three legged games. Through the activity, we have made everyone understand the importance of good communication for teamwork.
After a day of meetings and team building activities, everyone embarked on their return journey. In the future, we should approach work, life, and life with a broad mind, so as to have a good mood and a bright tomorrow, and to enable Taini Gao to develop and grow stronger.
