Our company participated in the training of Wigs Company on March 16th

    Our company was invited by the Wigs team to participate in the PEEK injection molding process training and new industry exchange conference on March 16th.
In the morning, I studied injection molding and compression molding processes in the workshop, during which I exchanged some common process problems; Then we visited the Wigs Laboratory in Shanghai, where some common performance tests such as aging experiments, tensile bending experiments, etc. can be completed. In addition, the laboratory can also analyze unknown materials by spectrometer and thermal scanning to determine the type of material; In the afternoon, we had a mutual exchange and sharing with our project development colleagues at Wigs, covering industries such as automotive, healthcare, electronics, and new energy.
    Through a one-day visit and learning experience, everyone has benefited greatly. It not only makes up for the shortcomings in production technology, but also learns the latest applications of PEEK in automobiles and new energy, providing important experience and direction for everyone in project development.
